A bit about yourselves...

hey equi10 - thats me
smile.gif
didn't realise you bred minis. Thought I recognised the background in some of your pics . Your horses are stunning esp have a soft spot for the chestnut
smile.gif
Didn't buy the chestnut in east farleigh - couldn't get quite enough money together but I think she sold him to someone else anyway
frown.gif
Still on the look out for another mad tb really . Nice to speak to you again

I'm Laura i live down on kent sussex border, am in my mid-20's and retraining to be a science teacher. I've ridden since i was 4.

I have 3 horses at the moment. My elderly 14.2 mare Rosy who is now retired and lives a life of luxury swanning about in a field at my parents house. She taught me everything i know, gave me my passion for xc and i have had her since she was 12.
camera1009-1.jpg

My 16hh, 13yo ISH mare whom i've had for nearly 5 years now. I evented her to PN, jumped discos and won lots of rossies dressage on. She is very difficult to a fence though and really doesn't enjoy jumping....despite having all the talent you'd ever need (a hard lesson learnt!). She is now out on loan to a lovely lovely lady who has shown her this year and won lots as a riding horse including going to equifest and Royal London etc. She'll do county shows this year
smile.gif

DSCF0261.jpg

Last but by no means least is my Blue Bog pony. Bought about 18months ago just off the boat from Ireland as a green as grass 5yo. He's had some baby issues but finished his BE season with a double clear at Pulborough intro and fab clear xc at Tweseldown. Hopefully he'll go PN early this season. He's jumping BNs and discos, got points and rossies at his first BD outing and is a fabulous hunter. I love him to bits

Im Alice, i'm 27 and I live in London and Hampshire. I work part time as a groom. I come from a horsey family and I went through pony club as a child and then did an equine business management degree at Hartpury College.

I have a 4 yr old chestnut tb Gelding (ex racer) called JT who is on loan from R2R on here.
Previously I owned Vayamos, a grey tb ex racer (horse in my sig) who was sadly put to sleep in Nov. I brought her on to do low level BD and BSJA sucessfully and I was hoping to do my first event with her next year.

Im back to square one now with JT. This summer im hoping to do some prelim/novice BD and 2ft3/2ft6 SJ and mini events

Hello
smile.gif
I am Emma and am 32 and a secondary school teacher and am married to Mark Butler.

We have a small yard at home with several clients horses and several of our own including, Blitz an 8-y-o Westphalian stallion, Diva a 9-y-o Westphalian mare and Finn a 14-yo IDxTB. We also have a broodmare in foal to Chequille Z and a 2-y-o gelding by History (His Highness) oh and musn't forget Muley, an 11.2hh 8-y-o donkey cross Shitland
mad.gif

Both Mark and I previously evented and showjumped - Mark was far superior to me though
tongue.gif

Now we focus on dressage and are hoping that Blitz and Diva will be firmly established and competing at Advanced Medium by the summer.

I am no longer competing at them moment as we are expecting our first baby at the beginning of June.

No pics as I am stuck at work and FB or photobucket is banned but you can always search on previous posts if you want to nose!

I'm Emma, I own 2 horses and a donkey. I B.E, B.D and BSJA when I can be persuaded!

Corporal is 16,2 Danish WB, brought him as a 4 yr old in Denmark so he is very special to me. He's 9 this yr, competed at novice B,E last yr and Elementary dressage. I absolutly adore him, he is so talented and the most genuine horse I have ever known.

Then theres Woody who I brought for Malvern Sales unbacked untouched as a 3yr old. Has huge amount of presence, lovely paces and as brave as a lion, but far to much attitude so deffiently a challenge! He's now 5 so hopefully maybe get him to event this yr.

Sausage the donkey is my nanny for the yard, she's 37 now but still does a fab job keeping anybody relaxed in the yard.

Hi!

I'm Katy, I'm 23 and currently own my 3rd horse, Lucky. I event more than anything, and worked on an eventing yard as a working pupil for a season, with my then horse Godfrey who I then took up to PN. I now work in a office job
smirk.gif

Previous to Goddy I had a 14.2hh cob who I hunted a lot, and gave me the passion for XC riding, and also rode 5 hunters of various shapes and sizes which I also played Sjing with in the summer!! I was on a dressage yard before that, where I spent most of my time being a dogsbody/groom but learnt an awful lot, and still love doing the grooming side of things for friends, as I love watching and learning!

Lucky is kept on DIY, and is hopefully going to take me further up the eventing levels (aiming for 1*/intermediate eventually). I also aim to do some Sjing with her, and hope to be jumping 1.10s by the end of 2010, and also hope to do some 5yr old BE classes and BYEH with her
smile.gif

Hi i'm Claire, i'm 24 and have been riding since I could walk, I currently work in HR and have 3 horses.
Jack, 16.2 warmblood who I share with a very good friend he is 9 and currently competes BS, I have jumped up to Newcomers and my aim is to jump Foxhunter by the end of the year and jump in the BN and DISC 2nd rounds.
jackadd7.jpg

Next is Ranger my mums horse who is 15.1 Welsh X 18yrs, I competed him in all PC activities and BS up to DISC, he still competes lightly in BS and XC last year he came 4th at the TB finals. Pic a few years old
stinkz.jpg

Next is Basil, I bought him as a foal he is now 9! 13.2 Fell pony currently out on loan. I broke him and competed him in showing, SJ and XC he is a fab pony

Finally McKenzie my staffie who is my lucky mascot at shows

Hi,
Im Fran, im 26 and during the week im a credit claims technician, at the weekends i moonlight as a freelance dressage trainer!!!

I have previously BSJA'd to 1.30/B&C level, but dont leave the ground much now days.
I flirted with some showing too (as i produced ponies for my sister who took it very seriously) and was 2nd in the search for a star riding horse/hack section in 2000(wow 10 years ago!!!)
I also evented (PN) a horse for someone for a season but found the fittening work needed tedious and the xc terrifying(horse had no steering!!!).

I got in dressage to *pass the time* when i had just sold 2 jumping horses and only had mums boy on the yard-he didnt jump any more so to pass time i started unaff prelim....and never looked back! he competed to aff medium.
Sadly he did the suspensory ligaments in both front legs in the field, and is now retired from competion work, but as he is schooled to a decent level(plays with all the GP stuff) he is now mums schoolmaster and hack and worth his weight in gold as he is the sweetest and most genuine horse i know.

I then took an ex racer, who came to me with the lovely habit of throwing herself over backwards, to adv med level, schooling GP stuff at home, before it became clear she wouldnt go any further. so she is now having beautiful babies on a showing stud and is happy as a pig in muck.

Current horse is my hope for GP- a faux TB by the name of Star. I say faux TB as he looks like a warmblood, moves like one and hates going fast!
He's only 5 this year so a long way to go, but he's a sweetheart to work with and shows talent for piaffe/passage so i have high hopes
smile.gif

Cant do pics at work but the ones in my sig are all Star.

I'm Nicole, I'm 24. I live just outside Glasgow in a wee village with my boyfriend of seven years & the horses currently live at Mum & dad's 10 minutes away. I am a full time trainee accountant to fund my addiction to expensive hobbies!

I first sat on my Mums donkey at 8 months old, before progressing to Midnight the shitland who like to trash cars with stirrup irons & small childrens legs with cars!

At 4 I got my 1st pony Toby:

NicoleToby.jpg

ATM I have 3, Angus my PC pony now aprox 18, we tried selling him but new owners couldn't cope with his extremely obnoxious personality so we bought him back!

100_0400-1.jpg

Then I got Dubh, 16.3 ISH who is now 16 and pretty much retired due to Arhritis in his coffin joint. We evented to PN & BSJA to NC.

NicoleDubhBlairAyr.jpg

Now I have Treliver Devils Advocate, bred by Delphipuppy on here, we have completed 5 BE 90 events & came 11th in our final event last season. Hoping to get comfortable at BE100 this season, If the snow EVER melts!!!

I am Anna, I am 33, Swedish but live in London and run a graphic design agency. I share my horse Maggie with my sister Nora. We have had Maggie for 6 months - she is 11 this year, a huge 17.2hh IDxTB.
moo.jpg

Both me and Nora used to SJ in Sweden, up to 1.30m level. I also evented a lot on ponies. We didn't have horses during our 20s as we were abroad studying, but now we are back competing. Maggie and I do BS to 1.10m level - hope to be doing 1.20m this year.

CIMG5309_2.jpg

Maggie had never done any dressage before we got her, but her and Nora now compete BD Novice, and have their first Regionals in a few weeks time!

Ok.....I feel a bit silly posting since you guys are all such accomplished riders but hey-ho.

I'm Ro, I'm 25 and I live and work in London. I have two horses that live in a national trust park in West London.

I learnt to ride on the farmer's horses and have probably had 10 riding lessons in my life! I advertised for a share horse when I was at uni and met Monty, a 17hh tb who was advertised as 15 but was actually about 22ish. He is an ex-eventer and obviously very well schooled but I don't know his history. I shared him for 2 years before returning to London. Long story short, his owner then went through a messy divorce and poor monty was abandoned
frown.gif
My OH was still living up there and popped in to see him one day to find him skin and bone. The next weekend we went up with the box and brought him home
smile.gif

He is now nearly 30 and doesn't load, is spooky as hell and can be a total grump but he has taught me alot and I love him dearly. He is actually very good with beginners (very odd!) and so he has been teaching my mum to ride.

I did dabble in some unaffiliated SJ about 5 years ago but he is too much for me
frown.gif
Although, he is still hacking and schooling so with support from HHO'ers I am thinking of trying a prelim in the Spring.......just for the photos really!

Then there is Miss Zoom
smile.gif
She was already in the field when I moved Monty to London. A funny little thing with one eye, she was barely noticable. Then her owner moved away and asked me to look after her for a fee. Monty's legs were getting stiff so i said I would look after her for free if I could ride her.

What a nutter!! She was an argentinean import that had been a high-goal polo mare until she lost her eye when she was kicked in the face. She was sooooo fizzy! She constantly jogged and frothed at the mouth and looked like a donkey!!!

n511575066_1128661_1468.jpg

I persevered, although my poor bottom had no skin on it for months
frown.gif
!!! Eventually she started to calm down, although she still has her moments!

I had only jumped 3 times in my life but thought I would see if she could do it (bear in mind a one-eyed, 12yo ex-polo is not exactly regarded as a BSJA prospect!).

We were both pretty crap...............but she could do it!!

hampton08.jpg

We have spent the last 18 months gaining confidence and we are now really enjoying our jumping.

We haven't done too much SJ since I don't have any at my disposal but she got a clear round in our first 2'3. We have also tried our hand at dressage (although we are rubbish):

rophoto020-1.jpg

did some local showing:

and have even been hunting:

WHOOOOOOP!

Who knew this little 14.3 fizzy pony would be my horse of a lifetime!!

Sorry for crazy overload! I really hope to actually do some more competing this year. It will only be local stuff so nothing to contend with most people on here but I am so grateful to have a horse that I can get out and about on, even if we come last!

Hiya, I'm Louise, I'm 29 and live just outside Newton Abbot in Devon.

I currently have two horses and one pony. I had a break from riding between the ages of 16 till I was 23 and then got back into showjumping with a vengence thanks to living in Italy. Whilst living abroad I acquired Nirvan (Muffin the mule as she is known) and brought her back to the UK when I moved back in 2006. She was very a talented showjumper but rather quirky (our crowning achievement doing a 1.20m course in Italy) unfortunately she is now retired due to soundness issues but she is still kept at home and fingers cross I may be able to get her back hacking in the spring.

I also have Styx my IDx who I have just been jumping BN with with but hoping to take him into Disco fairly soon and upwards

and I have a shetland rescue pony as well called Poppy - unfornately no photos as I can't upload them at work

I'm Eliza, I'm 25 and work for an investment bank to fund my adventures with Hopalong Heidi, who is a 15.1hh, 19yo cob-X mare on DIY livery in West Lothian. I got her as a Christmas present from my husband in 2006 after having had her on loan for 9months. I've been horse mad as long as I can remember but until getting Heidi I'd only ever had weekly riding lessons and then been a sharer for a couple of years before that. She has been the most amazing horse and helped me venture out into the scary world of competitive riding in 2009 after spending 2007 and 2008 injured and only ever in work through the winter!
mad.gif

In the last year, we've done a little bit of everything, unaff SJ, DR, ODEs, HTs as well as two BE Intros and two BSJA Intro classes- she came home with 3 rosettes out of a possible 4 from these which I never expected, all thanks to her though as she's fab!
blush.gif

I regularly attempt to entertain/bore people with reports and loads of photos as being able to get out and compete is still so novel to me plus I'm very lucky to have a lovely husband with a brilliant camera to take lots of photos for me!
laugh.gif
Heidi is absolutely irrreplaceable to me and I wish I could make her 10 years younger!
frown.gif
This year we hope to get a full season BE fitted in, starting off where we left off at Intro and hopefully making the step up to PN by the middle/end of the season.

This is us at our 1st BE;

I'm Ailsa and an ancient 36 (you lot are all so young!!) and I've currently got 5 horses.

My 'real job' involves dealing with photography of Scottish architecture, landscapes and archaeology so a far cry from how I spend my spare time!

Horses kept at home so no rest for the wicked, I'm afraid. I BE and have been successful at BE90 and BE100. My lot are:

The Mighty Imp, my eventer who's beautiful, talented, and downright impossible! I've had him for 2.5 years now and he's fabulous when he decides he's in the mood to behave!

AlfieCarrots.jpg

Pamplemousse, my baby! She's 4 and I've had her since she was 2.5 and she's really grown. Standing at 16.2hh now, we reckon she's going to hit the 17hh mark. She's done some dressage, but is bred to jump so hopefully I'll BE her.

amber1-2.jpg

Oh Toby is my husband's horse who's not done much since he arrived in July apart from stick his legs through a fence and be off work for several months! When he is being ridden, he's lovely - a real Rolls Royce. And my husband is delighted with him as he's finally beating me at dressage!!

OhToby.jpg

Phantasia is my first horse who is now 30! She lives a life of leisure these days and is a great nanny to whoever's left behind when we're away competing.

phanta-1.jpg

Geronimo is our big lad who's out on loan at the moment. Like Pamplemouuse, he has a field hopping habit!!

Im Charlotte, 22 years old, graduated this year and work in Marketing and have two horses, Milly a 15.3 16 year old ISH who we have owned since 2002 and is now retired and a 5 year old hanoverian called Eternity who we bought last year.

Last year I didnt do much due to Milly's injury but before that we did mainly PN eventing, but used to do PC, dressage and showjumping as well.

Key highlights with Mil were going clear xc Aldon three day '08, winning at PN in '06, going clear xc for the first time in '05 and winning the same event! (I always got 20 pens before that - oops!
blush.gif
blush.gif
) and doing well area dressage '06. She really is a horse of a life time and I hope that we can get her into foal this year.

With the young one I hope to do similar stuff to what i did with Mil and hope to event him BE this year
smile.gif
and he has already done 4 year old BE and BYEH stuff (not with me!).

I'm Lydia, 25 years old and (finally) about to leave uni this year with an MPharm

I've had my 7yr old mare Megan for 13months now. She's 16.2hh TBxID but looks and behaves pure TB. When I had her she was underweight and had cr*p feet but is now just lean and her feet are loads better. Spent the last year doing unaffil SJ, ODEs (unaffil and BE Intro), dressage (both BD and unaffil) and a fun ride.

Going to concentrate on the eventing this year now she's accustomed to going out and about but first we need to totally ovecome her coloured pole phobia!

She's my first horse, before having her I exercised open teamchasers for friends for several years which was the most fantastic education having ridden for about 15years in a riding school having weekly lessons. It's been a rollercoaster ride but has been fantastic at the same time.

Great thread! Feel a little shy after all the young eventers who have posted before me! Anyway…

Hi Im Emily and im 22.

I started riding aged 10 and we brought our first family horse when I was 12… 10yrs later he is the only horse I have ever owned!

He is now 14 and we enjoy unaffiliated SJ and XC but just for fun….something I would like to change and compete in.. but I never seam to have the time! I have thanks to all this snow put in a bit more work into the dressage side of stuff but TBH neither of us like it much.

This is my boy…. Flash (15hh Cob x Appaloosa of unknown parentage!)

n223404073_3785925_5927.jpg

Flash is a cheeky chappy and somehow he has something of a fan base at our local shows… even at a new show a few weeks back I had a lady offer to buy him coz he looked a good sort! Hehe
We are often in the ribbons and pride ourselves on doing it for the Cobby types out there!

Summer 2009 he was diagnosed with skin cancer… a lump by his eye needed radiation treatment… 2 weeks in an isolation box at Leahurt with a radioactive wire through the lump… and he came home just the same as always… proof that as long as he has food and some attention he couldn’t care less!

He is now back in full work and getting fitter… and the affected area is healing amazingly…
Our plans this summer are to keep SJing… and we are heading to be the winter league finals in April at Cricklands. We may have another shot at a BSJA intro show… he did well in November…

And he will attend my wedding in July this year… so I need to get him looking trim and sexy!

Although flash is the only one I own.. I occasionally get the chance to ride other horses mainly for people who are out of action themselves…. in summer 2009 I had the privilege of riding Cassie and Shannon (and a few others but I don’t have piccies!

Cassie:
Amazing and stunning…. 15.2hh Holstein x TB mare... talented but quirky!
DSC_0146.jpg

Although I spent rather a lot of my time working out how not to end up doing this….
DSC_0134.jpg

She was sold last year to a great home…. Haven’t seen her since and miss her everyday as if she had once been mine!

And Shannon… 16.2 ISH...who is sexy as hell so I needed to show you her…

I'm rachel, 25yrs old. Up until Dec I worked and rode for anna r-d and was a freelance dressage rider. In dec my partner and I took on the lease of a yard in essex, as well as our liveries we have a 17hh hannoverian gelding who we got to sell and a 5yr old sandro hit mare who is for keeps! I still go back to herts to freelance and school my competition rides and I train with anna r-d and erik theilgaard.
The weather has grounded most of my riding hence why I have had the time to be on here a lot more recently!!

Massive thank you to all who have replied and I agree that it's nice to see many "lurkers" posting

Do you reckon we could get admin to sticky this in Competition Riders?

I'm Vicky, 30 and work as a production assistant for an independent TV production company.

Have two horses, well one is OH's!
Mine is Herbie an 8yr old, coloured ISH with attitude or some might say an attitude problem! I bred him out of a mare that my Mum still owns, she has a lovely filly foal from this year that I have my eye on!

We attempt to event with variable success but did manage to qualify for the BE90 Grassroots Champs which is incredibly exciting.

Currently just making the step up to BE100, hope to get as far as we can which will probably realistically be novice, but it's nice to dream.

Will try and post some pics later.

OH has a slightly mad ex racehorse.

I'm Davina and I am 26 (yikes the years are catching up!). I work as an economist for a property company in Dublin and home is county louth (north of Dublin). I work to pay for the rather expensive hobbies that I have - horses, travelling and skiing/snowboarding. I have ridden all my life and am very fortunate that both my mum and dad had a interest in horses. My mum loves looking for young horses for ourselves and friends......

I own 3 and half horses! and I am lucky to have them on the farm at home - though the 5yr is at my trainers at the minute as she lives closer to work for me.

First up is Hati, she is now 15 and has been retired to stud - I did a bit of everything with her - WHP, SHP, Eventing and Dressage - she has been Champion at Dubin, PC combined training champion, 3rd Burghey event poiny final - we had many wonderful year with her. However, Hati was not the easiest to begin with, but was talented so we put up her many quirkes. She had a colt foal this year by Ricardo z and I am hoping to put her in foal again this year - really want a filly!

Zippy - is Hati's foal, he is now 7 months and a rather cheeky chap but seems to have a nice nature. I haven't decided whether to keep him long term or to sell him as a 3/4 yr old - if the next foal is a filly then my mind could be swayed!

Then there is Dougal- he is 5 yr old coloured that we found 'worth the money' last year. Dougal has done nothing - so this year hope to do some dressage and Intro eventing with him......if I was offered money for him in the morning I would take it - I like him, he moves well, is nice to ride, and would make a smashing coloured show horse - just not sure if he will go to Novice/1* eventing and that is my aim. But he may surprise me........

And the half horse is Sambucca - mum has a 1/2 share in her with my trainer/family friend Kay for her daughter to ride. Sambucca is a 7 yr old ISH mare by Coolcorran cool diamond and she is a super mare....her aim this year is possibly a 1* - I have said that I want first dibs on her if they ever sell her otherwise first dibs on a foal from her.

So that is my motley gang - I am at work so can't access photos, but try and get some up soon.

Hi im Luisa and 27, work in sales and love it! I currently own my 3rd horse Poppy, who ive had for just over a yr she was problem child when I brought her but a yr later she is everything Ive ever dreamed of in a horse, we have evented even though I was terrified of x-c fences before her, our weakness is Dressage so we are working on this:

What a cool thread - can I play...?

My name is Laura and I live in SE of England but am from Glasgow originally.

I only started riding aged 12 as my high school had a riding club - it was a half hour lesson every fortnight, but enough for me as I was obsessed with ponies from an early age...! Worked at an RS for a couple of years and sat Stages 1 & 2, eventually left teaching due to the crap pay.

Bought my first horse aged 21. Bailey was a 14.2 Welsh D with problems but a heart of gold. He had issues jumping which gave me issues jumping. I moved him to Surrey with me in '05 but lost him to colic soon after.

Had various horses over last few years trying to replace Bailey, and have ended up with 3 exracing TBs.

Darcy came first aged 4. Bought to sell but I liked him too much. He has been a real barsteward at times but 4 years on we might just be getting somewhere. I should have sold him years ago but never could, and I'm glad now I didnt. We done our first SJ together earlier this month and I'm hoping to build on that this year, keep plugging away and do some unaff stuff, and maybe a BE80T if it all goes really well. Darcy is the one that has taught me that horses don't always need what we want to give them and that sometimes you need to do things you may not agree with to keep them happy. He has also been the horse my OH learned to ride on, and for that I am eternally grateful to him!
What I bought -

What I have now -
DSCF6246.jpg

6835_294565665253_688930253_9532262.jpg

After buying Darcy I got to know the trainer that he had been with while racing - they called me one day to ask me to sell a horse for one of their owners, and Pinky arrived. I would never have bought a mare nor a pink one at that, nor did I want another 4yo, but her and I just got on. She can be a right moo and a bit of a handful but she has never scared me and has taught me a lot about being a better rider. We've had a go at pretty much everything and if I was competative we could probably do ok, but I'm not so.... Again with her the plan is unaff and maybe one day some BE.
100_5700.jpg

DSCF7934.jpg

And last but not least Rascal - from the same trainer as the other two, though he arrived aged 10 as a bigger horse for my OH to do stuff with. He's a legend and fun to have around. Realistically I wont be doing anything with him as he is OH's, however I might get to take him to a few things as crash test dummy...

OH wants to hunt and maybe do some jumping/HTs.

I have a super little chesnut pony who we really should sell but mum likes riding her...she's a typical chesnut mare

OK I'll play!

I'm Mandy, I'm (coughs) 35, I live near Edinburgh and work full time as an accountant. Wooo! I have 2 mares that I keep at home.

I've ridden since I was about 5, and got my first pony aged 10 - his name was Duster and he was a superstar.

Had another pony for a couple of years when I grew out of him, then graduated to horses, and got Ernie - without a doubt the best horse you could ask for. We evented up to BE novice, were in all the PC teams, he floated his way round a dressage arena and we qualified for the PC champs.

Sadly after him my calibre of horses went downhill. I gave up, moved to the caribbean for a couple of years, then realised I missed horses (and my boyfriend LOL) and came home. Now I have the two girls. Madge, a 15.2 WB/ISH who did a bit of eventing but isn't very brave (though great at the first two phases). She's lots of fun!

And then Handbag, my 5yo TB who is talented and clever and pretty, but sharp as a tack and a little too quirky for an old person like me, who doesn't exactly bounce any more

My name's Wiola, I'm 30 and Polish but live in London imprisoned by my British OH

I work as a freelance instructor in London, Berkshire, Surrey and Kent, have lots of crazy, ambitious dreams which I hope to fulfill one day.
I show-jumped as a Junior and Young Rider (up to 1.20m with some success and 1.30m with some trepidation) in Poland with top trainer and rider and then spent several years trying to ride horses without my knees up my chin

I worked preparing stallions for 100 days performance tests which was great fun and had two SJ stallions of my own, a Trakenher and an Anglo-Arab; both were superb horses to ride and deal with.
Still love show-jumping and would love to go back to it one day but dressage and eventing is what I want to do now.

My main focus is teaching/coaching and I am currently working on an exciting riding academy project. Before it becomes any successful I am penniless and always worry about paying my bills.

I have one horse which belongs to one of my riders. He was bought as a project to have fun with but within 1 week of arrival became a Rehab Project on which to learn about sacroiliac problems, muscular imbalances, the costs of crookedness and the list goes on. He is adorable though.

This is him, Kingsley aka Stilo Venture:

I love competing but have no funds for it.
