A bit self indulgent - but yay!!

Sorry - had to gush.
Feeling great at the moment as I rode for the first time last night after breaking my collar bone (and then subsequently getting a big metal plate in it) and ankle at Solihull a few weeks ago and it was great to be back in the saddle!
Not one to do things by half, I took the big grey one through an hours lesson and he was fab!
And even better I don't feel stiff or achy this morning - yay!
Sorry to go on, but am very happy!!!!!

Brill news! Sounds like you are doing better than me then! I was given the all clear by my physio last week to start riding agin gradually after having major back problems for 4 months. Have been taking it steady as can only manage a walk at the moment but today I am really sore again and feel like I have over done it

So will have to have a few more days without riding and see how it goes again
