No, I'm pretty cretain they didn't pocket it , the tone of her emails are so horrible and she won't accept her friend's emails didn't arrive. I've even emailed the friend and asked her to try sending without an attachment to see if that arrives, but the sooner I stop communicating with the owner the better, she is totally inflexible.
If she is so thick she can't see having a new animals back checked is precautionary not because it's got a sore back there is no point in argueing.
