It’s nice to be on the forum here. I suppose I should tell y’all a little about me. I was born and raised in Alberta, Canada, and have been involved with horses for ten years. I currently have two; an 11yo Arabian and an 18yo QH.

The last bit of snow finally melted a few days ago, thank goodness. I don't mind the cold to much but it was super cold for most of the winter; usually it hovers for the most part consistently at around -20C, with maybe one week in February at -40C. This year it was mostly -30C- -40C.
I really enjoy Canada, but I've never lived anywhere else, so I'm not one to judge if it's truly as wonderful as I think it is.

Hi! Welcome to the forum. Great we are international. Love a QH. My favourite horse in Spain is a QH X PRE. Sensible brain and a leg at each corner! Technically I’m half Canadian as my Mum was a Newfie!

Nice! Riding my QH is definitely a break from the crazy Arabian. They're just good, gentle, trusting horses all around
