Hello all, been lurking about for a while but never had any thing to post before!
Not really sure how to start this but here goes.....
I've never had a great deal to do with horses other than a failed riding lesson when i was seventeen, i fell off, leaving me not scared of horses but none to keen to try climbing back aboard one!
Then fifteen years later on wednesday just gone and with the promise of "a nice old cob who's a complete plodder", i found myself on my way to a friends paddock to try not to fall off!
Not only did i not fall off but i felt completely at ease once id been introduced to "Callie" the cob who was so laid back he was almost asleep and found myself thoroughly enjoying the whole experience from start to finish!
So a huge thank you to my friend Kirsty for persuading me that the horses are not all out to get me and to Callie's owner for trusting me with their horse!
Callie
and me not falling off
cheers
