A dumbass question....

I have recently bought Ellie a snazzy exercise blanket for the winter, and would really like to get one of those big ornate fillet strings - like the ones that Sew Designs put on their rugs. But I have a problem in that I dont know what they are called

I have tried searching for 'fancy fillet string' and other such terms, to no avail

So does anyone know a) what they are called and b) where I could buy one!!?
