back in march i removed a horse from a loan home, he came home the vet body scored at a 1.5, the case went to the rspca.

anyway, its taken a few months to get him back to full condition, i needed to sell him, in the end he has gone back to hes previous owner, she had had hiim since he was 9 months old, he came to me last year. ive had to sell due to needing to cut down on horses,

bit of a pointless post, but its so nice and so rare when things turn out this way, theres far to many nasty stories or selling/loaning horses.

Ooh, I do like a happy ending.
That's good news!

I'm not being rude, just curious really... you bought him last year, then he went to a loan home where presumably he stayed for at least a few months in order to get so thin, then you had him back and presumably it took another few months to get back to condition, no you have sold him. Just seems like you havent had much time with him?

Thats a nice ending.

Sometimes situations and circumstances mean we have to sell on quicker than we would wish to. I think it sounds like the horse has been lucky and going back to his previous home sounds lovely xx

i got him in june 07, he went on loan in december, he was only gone for 10 weeks, i ended up with 4 horses, due to a change in yard, and having one less stable than i thought 2 had to go. ive had never relly gelled with pluto, wonderful horse, but just not the one for me. when i told the previous owner i needed to cut down, she decided she wanted him back.

I remember the state of him when you got him back. Well done and pleased to hear a happy ending
