Thank you QB . . . it did feel good to have the YO's wife approach me and reassure me like that . . . it remains to be seen what happens now.

Me, I'm planning on trying to keep my chin up and walk tall onto the yard and enjoy my horse.

I understand why you don't want YO to ask the people to leave but really YO needs wake up and smell the coffee. As you said others have been driven out of the field , now you . It will continue to happen if allowed.
 
Good news :) If YO's wife has taken you aside to say it will be sorted, then the instigators may be moved on, or you may be moved field yet.

I'd keep your options open looking at other yards, but don't announce it as YO may value you above trouble makers :)

A YO with their head in the right place will know that 2 bad liveries will cost them future liveries too. It will come to a head with others if you leave too I'm sure. Far better to lose two, than have a bad feeling across all of the yard.
Equally you shouldn't have to ask.
 
PS I am happy it is blowing over, of course everyone will support you, you did nothing wrong! Good to hear YO's wife is on the case - at the end of the day they have two troublemakers at the yard (not you and PS, I must add!) and must be wondering what happens once they tire of trying to rile you and start on someone else.

How funny that the bullies horses are also bullies...

I would take your time about moving if everyone else is great, YO's wife too then give it as much of a chance as you can.
 
Oh dear - completely missed other thread too but have just read it. What a horrible situation. Unfortunately S & T sound like bullies. As you say, you don't like confrontation and they most probably know this. What despicable behaviour from so-called adults.

I really hope you get this sorted as life's too short.
 
Is there a way you can stick some earphones in and completely ignore them? I can well believe that some "adults" can behave like this but the stubborn streak in me would be subtly winding them up :o

If YO's wife is behind you then you have an equal footing if S is one of YO's favourites so keep your head high hun and let them be the children they are! I'd also be printing out the messages on FB in case they try and deny it all :)
