Need help to read my horses passport-another forum member has found something VERY important in the passport and now I need the rest translated!!!

you could try an internet translator. they aren't exactly 100% accurate tho.
i used 1 when we had some polish guys in doing our bathroom and they spoke barely any english. so i did a translation, wrote it down and gave it to 1 of the guys.
he smirked and said 'internet translator?' but at least he got the gist of what i wanted

Agreed, Kao. Try Babel fish, it throws up some odd sentences but at least you get an idea of what's been written.
