I have the possibility of taking the following on for rental:

6 stables (newly built in indoor barn) with a tack room and plenty of storage.
Unlimited turnout on farm (that can be split as I like).
No school but excellent off road hacking.

How much a month would you expect to pay?

down south (wiltshire) there is a yard for rent, it's got 9 stables, lots of grazing, an indoor school (full size) and it's up for rent for £950 per month.

so i would say anything between £60 and £100 per month.

The average in kent is around £100 per stable & enough grazing for said stable.

So around £600, possibly more if you have lots of grazing/school ect :)

Sorry, I can't help, but lucky you, I hope it is a good price!
P.S. Are you anything to do with the English Gaiter Co.? If so, love your bridlework!
Got a fantastic bridle and breast plate and everyone always comments on how smart they are. Next purchase will be posh browband if only I could decide which one to have!

Urm, do you mean per stable, or the whole lot? I know it's cheaper oop north but think it might be a tad more than that if you do mean the whole lot :)

Depending where in the north you are (assuming you are), I would say £300 to £500 per month. Also, you don't say how many acres there is....
Good luck :)

Thanks for your responses :)

No, nothing to do with the English Gaitor co..I can guarentee our bridle work is much better than theirs!

Acreage is unlimited, owner is a good friend, no school at all. I was thinking in the region of £500-600 a month.
