No, I'm not selling one of mine!

We've been offered a horse that I've known for a good few years for OH.

17.1 Warmblood gelding with Ramiro Z bloodlines.

Very good to handle, school and hack in company. Jumps 2ft or 5ft - doesn't get prescious or too scopey over smaller tracks.

OH is a competent novice who wants something that has a good head and will let him travel at his own pace!

9 years old but no competition record - although got 70% on first prelim outing.

Wouldn't want tack as we've got all that.....

Well put together and no health issues etc etc.

Can be nappy out on his own but I've heard that his loaner (who I also know) got him out on his own fine. HAs been a bit overjumped so would plan to let him live life as a horse for a bit (stabled 23 hours a day at present) and just hack and chill before starting jumping again.

Ideas?

Is this Cowboy1's horse?

One thing I would say is that I would give careful thought to this type of horse - they are not always ideal for novice riders. I don't mean to stereotype but they can be sharp and this is a big horse....

Great minds think alike but having seen op commented on her thread I guessed it probably wasn't.

Sounds very similar though doesn't it?
