Found a nice 14.2 barefoot at present welsh sec d gelding, 4 years very safe and sensible potential all rounder for my 17 yr old daughter to do pony club, hacking ,just have fun.. how much would you expect to pay .he looks nice on the flat and has done a bit of x c training. i know safe sensible types are hard to come by.. hes for sale for £3000 at the moment .Daughter has had a horrible year as her horse had stifle injury and looks like she wont come right. the horse is on horsemart under family horses lincolnshire but cant do links

If it truly is a safe sensible type then I would be willing to pay that for it given how difficult they are to come by.
Have you asked for a video to see it working etc, the only thing I would say is that a lot are safe and sensible at 4yo but turn 5 and start to gain strength they can sometimes stray from the path of safe and sensible, obviously the current owner can't comment on what he'll be like in a year or two, he could very well still be settled.
Good Luck if you buy him.
Tried to look on horsemart, but couldn't see any welsh section d 4yo's for £3K

He looks very sensible and if he is as described I would be asking around £3000 for him, with a view to dropping a little to a good home.
Only other thing is he is a part bred sec.D which will not matter unless you wish to do M&M .
If you feel he is right for your daughter he could be great fun, often a good young one is better than one with "tricks", and they can learn together.
