I know you love them so this is my first!

What do you think Harry is worth now please? He's almost 17 months old and standing 15 hands now. All passported (SHBGB, breeding known but not verified), vaccinated, gelded and microchipped. TB x ID/Welsh D. It was originally thought he'd make a show cob like the rest of his siblings (HOYS no less!) but he has shot up and doesn't have cob bone IMV; he's not spindly by any means but more suited to Riding Horse, possibly small hunter depending how he develops later. He hasn't been shown at all, just allowed to grow at his own speed; is good with the blacksmith and vet too. Will make someone a lovely friend while still 'looking the part'! Bad pic's but the latest I have and will give you some idea so your thoughts appreciated, thanks.

There's a rabbit in there, Mum!

I've lost my chair to Modget, he's always pinching it so I've moved back onto an old dining chair!

Last but not least, my ugly duckling, Kitty, bless her; good job I love her!

Afraid so. It was always on the cards that they would be sold at some time but I don't know whether it would be better they went now or next spring. JM was meant to be having him so I hung onto him from New Year until Spring for her but she pulled out when most of her horses were very ill and she had loads of vet bills to cover.
That's an interesting figure, thanks.

Thank you! She's just been going through a very lanky stage this year, always bum high, looked like she was always on a slope! She's levelling out now at last and is beginning to fill out too so doesn't look as weedy; she'll be a nice sort when she's finished.

I actually really like Kitty- whats her breeding?

Absolutely no idea re/ price of the boy, what was the breeding of his TB sire again?

Bless you, she does move like an athlete, very long and loose, to be fair, just going to take some time to grow into her frame.
She's by One More Tiger and a first foal from a Fraam mare that used to belong to SiennaMillar on here. I'm hoping I can keep her and then find a rider in a few years - how you fixed?!

Harry's sire is a son of Gone West.; impeccable breeding but he just did not grow enough to race so is now used as a teaser and for the foster mares.

Modget has a very reproachful look on his face, did yu ask to take his picture?

The reproachful look is because I woke him up!

But then, that's his normal look, guaranteed to twist your heart, lol!

I absolutely adore Harry :0 He is just the sort of youngster I would go for (although its a shame he is part Welsh D and not Connemara

)

No idea of price I'm afraid but he will be priceless to his future owner

Just love your collection of dogs

PS: Books are in the post!

Don't hold it too much against him, lol! He is a poppet and you're right, he'll be something special for somebody, just have to find that special someone for him.

Sorry, thought I had said thanks for the books in your decorating thread, obviously not so again, thanks very much and I'm so sorry they weren't needed after all.

You got them already - that was quick

Thank you so much for lending them to me. Have to say I really am gutted that she is not in foal - she is so beautiful and I am sure she would have produced a cracker!

Oh well, hunting starts in the next week or so - I had better start getting her fit again!

Ahhhaha! Look at him, what a peach, is he like some kind of airedale/basset cross? He's delightful and look at your gaggle of happy hounds all mangled on the sofa
grin.gif
what a nice home you must have with all those friends to hang out with!

You're half right! He's out of a basset bitch and by a hairy lurcher. In the pic by the woodburner, they're both on the left side. It wouldn't be home without our kids; glad to find someone who understands!
