How much would you expect to be paid or pay (if your a yard owner yourself) for someone to muck out/bed down, rug change and do the feeds for 5 horses on full livery?
To cut a long story short the big ginger one I took on loan now can't be ridden...I kinda knew this would happen, had to get the vet out to treat his sarcoids (which should of been sorted last summer before I took him on loan) and of course I'm just bringing Mr M back into work after his 9 months holiday (which leads me to my next post) so I don't have anything to ride at the moment, plenty to do, just can't enjoy my hacks out, mid week schooling and the odd competition anymore...yeah sickening!
So YO too great pleasure
in saying seen as you havent got anything to ride anymore I'll pay you to muck out for me, at the moment I did try to boot him and did warn him that I had a pitch folk in my hand and was about to stick it where the sun doesnt shine
but then I thought....hmmm
Ka Ching Ching! £££
I'm down there anyway why not earn a bit of cash, after all a few weekends will buy a new horse rug, new jods....*thinks of all the thinks I could treat myself to*
So if I say ''oh go on then'', how much roughly? I know it wont be much but its better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.
