Well From myt last post and possibly thinking about selling tommy and buying a horse for myself as dear son has/is loosing interest in him ..... What do you reckon hes worth ?

Hes Rising 4, section A with green book
brookvale tommy tucker with great bloodlines ... has super jump easily register , has been placed everytime out in leadrein and has done 1 working hunter show and won, done pony games, hacks out on his one through traffic, can be handled by the youngest of childern , excellant to box, clip and shoe , Just a great allrounder , with fab temperment to match . A real mothers dream for any child , would excel in any discipline .

So what do you think ?

What a fantatsic pony- I'd have thought that you could get decent money for him as everyone wants something safe but pretty enough to show- maybe 2.5k? But then I know very little about pony pricing!

That is one fab pony. I understand he was backed at 2 wasnt he? people seem to break earlier in Ireland than in England, which may put English buyers off (as they'll think he's done alot for a 4yr old).

I'd say about 2k.

or free to me, or swap for a hair shettie

I know what you mean lol .... The thing with tommy is that he is the type of pony that does much better when hes being worked with ... how should I put it ?? He thrives much better when hes working , hes filled out lovely, I have brought him on basically working at HIS pace, The shows are obviously very small shows and nothing has been overfaced with him .

He enjoys the work , he has a lovely little rider that is not at all heavy lol .
If I thought for one minute it was too much too soon then I wouldnt be asking him .
Hope that answers your post

slightly off topic...are you able to enter them over in NI aged under 4yrs?? we aren't here in england...

as for price...max 1200

JM07 Registered shows I dont think you are, but as the few shows I have went to with him , they have been small local shows and training shows .

Hes a very mature pony physically and mentally , hes 4 coming 24 in my eyes .

Untill he is 4 he is not alowed in pony club, as much as he would be able, not sure on your area, but here that would make all the difference.

£1250???

I know a pony just the same. At 4yo he's doing sj and pony club with a 7yo child. It is perfectly possible for a young pony to be competed and do well, and for itto have no detrimental effects on them.

Aww he is lovely. I think you should easily get 2k for him. Pony club mums are always looking for something safe for their kids. Good luck in finding him a nice new home .

If you were over here the PC would be the best place to advertise him. He will be 4 next year so only needs to get through the winter. If he is safe & willing, you could get upwards of 2k because that type of pony is hard to find. A pony that is going to look after mummy's little Prince or Princess is worth its weight in gold.

Mbp he would jump a 128 track not a problem , hes got the right attitude and will look after his little rider .

Zigzag he is by Thistledown likely lad , his dam is waxwing hannah , his grandsire on his dams side is waxwing banter, He has waxwing ponies right through his bloodlines .

I was thinking around the 2k mark to be honest , I know he will go very far , hes a one in a million pony that will take care of his little rider .
