I am about to start looking for a new horse and wondered how much you think i would have to pay to get the following....
14.2hh-16hh 4yr -11yr old. Gelding. Not a pure TB or any ex-racehorses, TBx considered. To do a bit of everything SJ, Dressage, XC, ODE's etc. a real alrounder. Nothing complicated or nasty.

So...how much should i budget for?

£3000 should get you a nice horse who you can do everything with at a good standard if you look hard enough

Well thats what i was hoping for but they all seem to be around the 4k mark for something which hasn't got any winnings or placing under its belt! Some have only just been backed! its horrifying!

A girl on m yard has what you've described (but he'sa full TB ex pointer, he's a love though) and she's asking 3k for him but he's pretty much sold.
