They use floodlit schools, not always on but they switch on when people use them, they have muckheaps that could POSSIBLY "leech" nitrious oxide etc into the soil etc etc not much help but hey
 
My instuctor has a RS in the middle of a small market town - and as the town expanded her RS became enveloped in houses (previously open fields)

She is served with abatement notices for all sorts of things (neighbours complain a lot) such as:

Noise,
Smell,
Dust,
Lights,

etc.

Bizarrely she was going to sell the land to developers and move out of the town but the neighbours didnt like that either - liked the open space and didnt want houses in it. Made for some pretty interesting planning meetings.
