Yes its worked but does it say charges were later dropped as pled guilty or have i read it wrong.She is a horriable women .Cant believe the cruelty that goes on theses days.what goes on in their heads very worring thanks for telling us.

The charges that were dropped were for previous offences. Horrible lady and good outcome RSPCA
 
Hopefully she wouldn't dream of attempting to keep another horse, but if she does I jolly well hope someone will tip her off to the relevant authorities.
