Just a quick hello and a quick update on my lot as I haven't been on for ages...

Heidi is almost 37 and still going strong! The grey's really beginning to show through now though...bless her! She came out of winter a little lighter than I would have liked, bt now on the spring gras she's packing it on again, well, for her anyway!

The 'delicate flower' that is my TB gelding was finally diagnosed after months of bloodwork and 'possibilities'....only for him to throw a spanner in the works...it' now 'possibly' an immunity issue elevating his white cell count....or 'possibly' something else....

If anyone has experience with immnity deficiency issues in horses I'd really appreciate a chat.

The TB came good for a while, and was back in work, then I found out I was pregnant, I stopped riding a few weeks later as I had a few scares. A friend was riding him out for me, then he began looking a bit straggly again. More bloods were taken, but came back clear, I gave him a few days and he perked up again, he resumed work fine, then went downhill again. Tests were inconclusive. He's now plodding around the paddock doing sod all and thoroughly enjoying himself!

I met Penny, PennywithHenry I think her u/n is, a few weeks ago, and the very sweet Henry. He's an absolute babe, such a sweetheart! I helped her pull his mane a bit to tidy it up, and we sat in her lounge on a very cold, miserable day drinking hot chocolate with marshmallows and eating chocolate, or those of you local, I thoroughly suggest visiting Penny for some hot choccy lol though I think it's out of season now with the hot weather!

And that's actually all I've done in the past few months, God, I need a life lol

Hope everyone's ok X
