B is done in isolation and came down onto the yard this morning just in time to be loaded up and taken to the saddler. I was pleasantly surprised that we decided on the first saddle
we've gone for the bates caprilli because B has a lot of filling out to do. there's hope for an Albion yet!
so, saddle sorted, we popped J and T on the lorry and headed for the vet. J has got the hang of loading first time and actually bounded up the ramp on the way home, leaving me hanging onto the end of the lead rope
the good news is that J's tendon is healing nicely and I get to start trotting on Tuesday after 2 weeks box rest and 12 weeks of walk
while I remember: we had T weighed today and he's a whopping 560kg
he weight-taped at 495 so a mahoosive difference. and to think he was fatter when he arrived last month.
