Having seen all the great posts of your fav breeds, thought it time to show off my boy.
Barney is a 7 yr old Tibetan Terrier who displays more cat like qualities than dog (owning armchair, lounging by fire, getting the hump when told off, sleeping more than walking, refuses to go outside until rain stops etc etc)

Easy dogs to have, will take as much walking as you give them, dont steal food, dont smell or moult....only downside is their selective hearing!

I've got two!! Will try to post pics when I get home (abroad until next week). Like to see more pics of others! As you say, they don't appear on here often. L

He's gorgeous.
We had one at home when I was a child, but he was a bit of a mad thing. Didn't help that he wasn't neutered I suppose, but his recall was non existant until he got to the age of about 6.
I will never forget coming home from brownie camp, and mum saying she had a surprise in the car. Was 8 week old pup. One of the best moments of my life.

Thank you Fiona & you mean you got recall at 6!
Mine is still working on a selective hearing approach - just left him in kitchen refusing to go for a walk until that tiny bit of chicken on the worksurfaces is given up. But there are such a great breed to have around Jon

Weeeelll - perhaps more accurately I should have said that we could let him of the lead on a walk, and have a greater than 50% chance of him coming back with us (not having to retrace steps to go and find the monster). I put a lot down to the fact that he wasn't neutered though.

I love your pics - TTs are still quite rare over here and its ages since I've seen one in the flesh. Has taken me right back.

More please.

The summer clip is indeed a bit baldy, but means can see his lovely eyes.
I love him - he is just so cuddly!! Like a teddy bear.
