Honestly, it's that stupid, it's almost laughable, except it's not funny.

Take no dam notice of them, I've always enjoyed reading your posts about your mare and she always looks lovely and well cared for.

I can only assume it was Carl Hester who sent the PM, as I am sure no other reasonable human would consider themselves so perfect in the riding department to comment.......

Even then i imagine he is a much nicer chap and would not comment negatively on anyone, who was making the effort with their hoss- who is obviously NOT an easy hoss to manage/ride.
 
Personlly I think it is very cowardly sending rude & abusive pm's, it's a form of bullying. If you can't say it in public, don't send it in a pm.

Good on you for your perserverance & success. I'm sure your horse wouldn't have chosen anyone else for an owner but you. Both of you have made fantastic progress because of having each other. All the best for moving on & enjoying your riding more every day.

of course, whoever wrote it prob didn't know your whole history, but even so, to say such nasty things, and not have the courage to say so on the board... yeuk.
she looks like a lovely mare, very best of luck to both of you.
 
I don't post often but I do lurk. I must say, I just searched for your post and my goodness you look like a really nice rider! And what a lovely horse you have. I don't see any issues there what so ever with the double. Your horse looks really happy!

Whoever has sent you a pm is definitely just jealous. Please, please ignore the stupid people and carry on.
 
for the record i think your horse is beautiful. if she is going well [like she looks like in the piccys] i would take no notice. you say you have a problem with you hip/leg? so what? the horse looks great and so do you. how are you ment to move forward with your riding if you dont practice? can you copy and paste the pm WITHOUT the user name so we can see what this person is getting at? i havent read thru all the posts so dont know if this has allready been done? seriously i seen you piccys and thought wow what a horse!

Definitely think you should name and shame. I got a nasty PM after my first post where someone had just made their mind up and decided to be really mean. I deleted it, otherwise i would N+S too. luckily i got a fair few really supportive pms too, most HHOers are lovely.
 
Black horse you have a lovely horse how has helped you through some awful times, enjoy every second with her.
I have seen all your posts asking for cc and in my opinion if you don't want to hear the critics (wether they are right or wrong) then don't post looking for cc.
Every one loves looking at your pictures but leave the cc for your trainer.
The other thing I must ask is did your horse compete with a pro at bd? Did you own her then?
I wish you luck for the future and feck the nasty people hiding behind computer screens who probably couldn't ride a rocking horse.
The only person worth listening to is your trainer who knows you and del.
 
Ignore them, you are an amazing person for having the mental and physical strength to get back riding and enjoy life with your horse again. Be proud of that, ignore the stupid idiot who has nothing better to do than make others feel cr*p. Big hugs, and get out there and carry on what you're doing with your stunning little mare :)

CC i dont mind, but being told i am abusing my horse isnt CC surely?! THATS whats upset me not the brilliant CC i have recieved!

Yes my horse was competed affliliated with a pro, but that was a long time ago and it blew her brains! Ive reschooled her and she is scoring better now then she has ever done. Yes i have owner her since she was 3 years old, bought from the stud :)
 
Well i shall have my say i think too.....

I have met Rachel many times as she is stabled at a venue i compete at regualrly. I dont think the pictures show a true reflection of how quietly and nicely Rachel rides Dee. She is quite a buzzy horse and whilst very talented i can see she gets tense and therefore needs a quiet understanding rider. Rachel rides her with much compassion where many people would be quick to lose their temper.

I own a tricky mare and she is coming on very well and i would willingly let Rachel ride her and i dont offer that to many people.

Spectators will always have things to say, im sure they do about everyone in the warm up but the fact remains none of us are perfect.

I didnt actually know you had some non functional/ semi functional body parts!. I can see that when we are in warm up you look worried when riding but i think you are an inspiration that you try so hard to overcome your fears. The first times i saw you ride you were very white and i can see your confidence grow each time i see you now.

PS Will be coming to dressage on the 4th June for both prelims so will see you then maybe?

Definetly see you there claire! you and your beautiful amrte have come on leaps and bounds, if her find her missing in the lorry park, you might want to check dee's stable :P

I would let you ride delicia, and i hardly ever offer that to anyone!
