I think BSJA must have more than enough people with 4 DCs because the classes all looked well up to height and quite tricky!
First of all Cruz - one down in the first phase of the BN (just a babyish mistake) but she went very well. Made a hash of the first part of a tricky double, had a pole second part - clearly not happy - little buck - Rosie eating dirt

. They then went over a couple in the warm up which she jumped beautifully without a fuss.
Bertie - DC in the disco and came 9th - there were loads in it. 4 faults (or was it 8) in the Newcomers - but the lights did go out when he was half way round (although Rosie said that wasn't really the problem - he was just a bit strong).
Connie - being a bit of a silly girl, head in the air, prancing around - had one down Newcomers.
Lottie - superstar - won the Newcomers beating all sorts of super keen peeps wearing those new BSJA jackets (which I think look naff - give me a proper tailored jacket any day).
All 4 looked luvverly because Rosie had plaited them (instead of cleaning her tack which is what her Mum had told her to do

Thanks for reading - I'll post some highlights from the video I took sooner or later

ets: oh - should have said, the fall happened in the disco - which was big for Cruz - some were even a bit bigger than she's jumped at home

QR - Rosie will kill me for forgetting to say that she lost her stirrups over the jump, otherwise she might have stayed on board.

QR. Thanks everyone. She was very pleased with Lottie and Bertie's first round but thought she should have done better with the rest of it. There's always another day though

PS Haven't even put the vid on the PC yet - been wrestling with some flat-pack furniture nearly all day
