This is just for fun....

If you could have the pleasure of shadowing and tuition for a whole month from a top class rider, who would you pick and why?

I would love to be able to pick the brains of Lucinda Green. I love her methods and they really make sense to me. Too often I listen to pros and have no idea what they're on about or can't apply what they're saying to my own riding. But I love lucindas no nonsense approach a feel I could really sponge up every word.

So who would you pick and for what reasons? What do you think you could gain from their tuition?

Andrew Nicholson, but I think I'd actually be more of a sinister stalker than a tuition student :p

Kyra Kyrklund. Her approach to training is always horse first and is based on everything else first, head position last and I just love her. X

Gerd Heuschmann.

Undoubtedly. But I'd also request someone with me at all times to record EVERYTHING that was said and done. There is no way I could take in a months worth of information, and retain anything of use! I'd need another 6 months after just rewatching and trying to learn it all :p

Carl hester definitely love the way he wants his horses to be horses not just competition robots, he understands them which is refreshing x

Ingrid Klimke - I have seen her teaching youngsters (horses and riders ;) ) and it was simply amazing how quickly horses and riders picked up her intentions, fascinating to watch.
