)I would like to post a completely unapologetic gratuitous huge THANK YOU to the BHS legal helpline who I have just got off the phone to.

They were efficient, polite and had all the time in the world to help me.

That phone call alone was worth far more than my annual BHS Gold Membership fee. This is going to sound like a cheesy advert, but I am so grateful that I have BHS gold membership, it really is fantastic value for the money. I bought it for the rider-only insurance, hoped that I would never need the legal helpline but I did today and they have been nothing short of brilliant. It was over a small-ish issue, but put my mind at rest and I was able to get clear answers to my questions immediately. A friend of mine also had cause to use them extensively last year and they were hugely helpful to them, too.

Lee, or anyone else from the BHS, I hope you're reading this: your legal team have done you proud

I once rang the Legal helpline over a sticky issue regards a horse I had on trial with a view to buy - really really helpful. Can't praise them enough
 
I have used the BHS legal helpline in the past, excellent service, and they really put my mind at rest
