Oh bless him! ? he’s just too cute!

Frank used to get terribly travel sick. The first time I foot-followed my local pack with someone who’d taken me under her wing, he accompanied me, on my lap in the front seat. But with all the stopping/starting and twisty little lanes... he threw up, vast quantities of half digested kibble - all over me, the car seat, the floor, in the pocket of the passenger side door (soaking the old A-Z and other bits and bobs contained in there). All very embarrassing; luckily she is ever such a kind soul and didn’t mind at all, but OMG ?

lol PP that sounds like a Colin special! Honestly it really was the worst place possible, where the seat belt fixing is screwed into the chassis of the car? You just can’t get your hands down there.....I had a bucket of hot water and bleach, a cloth and some rubber gloves.

he is on a raw diet so it was minced rabbit.... ??

Apologies for TMI there, I needed to share the pain!!!

My first puppy used to throw up around 5 to 15 minutes before we arrived at our destination, regardless if it was when going to puppy class, or somewhere completely different, like the veterinarian clinic for vaccination shots. Took several months before she got over that habit, even though we tried to adjust her feeding times on going somewhere days, so she wouldn't get fed x hours before getting into the car.

ETA Before adjusting the feeding times on going somewhere days, as I recall, she used to throw up more times per travel occasion.
