Some of you may remember me posting months ago about my Roma Merion Wool numnah and the dye which went onto my horses skin and would not come off?!
Well I got a refund on the numnah and the dye never went away, but a few months later I stopped covering my horse in flyrugs and the dye started reacting with the sunlight-one poor swollen horse.
I wrote to Weatherbeeta explaining the situation so they were made aware of the problem as I feel other horse owners may not be aware if they had dark skinned horses- my horse is a coloured so the dye showed up quite easily but I didn't notice the swelling until my physio pointed it out and suggested I get the vet.
Anyway- they are sending me brousure (sp!) and I can have £100 worth of products!!! And to top it all of the dye has gone (6months later)
This has not happened with the product before but they are now aware of the problem in case of similar circumstances. I way extremly pleased with their customer service.
