Yes, I own one ID X, cost £3000, budget £3000+ (I aim for £3000), mare, and I put that we do hacking as although we don't yet as she's recovering from injury hopefully she'll be able to hack next year.
However I also share an Anglo Arab gelding who I hack and school, and a cob mare who I also hack and school. Then there's the two warmblood fillies who I look after who are turned away for the winter but will be eventers with any luck in the future.

Well, I am very lucky

Ralph is my gift horse, he came from the RSPCA and I've known him since he was a yearling. Now 10 years old

If I were to buy another horse I would never pay more than £1000, my pony Fly cost me £950 as a 2 year old, so always buy youngsters and back myself.

When not injured (me) I usually compete in dressage/show hunter and hack for England and once fit again, I'm going to buy a nice little Welsh D

I can't answer your poll because I have multiple horses/ponies and all very different unless you want me to choose just one.

I've got 2 - one WB one TB. TB cost under £1000, WB cost 4-7k. Budget is £5k+ when buying (would like it to be more

). I do SJ & DR with the WB (gelding) and hacking with the TB mare
