Does anyone have more of a Precious Princess than this?

He won't lie down except in hay/lage or straw. This whole surface is shavings covered earth. The pile of white rags to the top right of him is his stable mate. He could lie anywhere he chooses (including ten acres of field). Will he? No.

Show us your Precious Princesses and tell us what their 'pea under 10 mattresses' is.

I give you Princess Twinkle Toes.
We had come down the track when it turned a bit muddy and she steadfastly refused to go on. After a good few minutes I thought I'd give her the benefit of the doubt and got off to check how bad it was.
It was a solid track surface with no more than half a cm of water on top- didn't even come up over the soles of my boots. She was bl00dy determined not to go through it though ?‍♀️ she's still the same, great big puddle or Ford etc where there's no way round and she'll walk right through no problems, small puddle and no thanks. Doing rehab this year she was exhibiting some nice puddle jumping skills around the common ?

Princess Tigger

Who believes even trimming his mane with scissors hurts and is so thin skinned the only brush he really accepts is called the Diva

Pictured here with one of his medical grade sheepskin girths though he thinks the black one of same brand is a bit softer.

And the perfect brush. Doesn't really work on mud but minor detail.

I probably have photos but i would have to really hunt for them..i want to give my littlest mare hay on the floor as i think its better for them but since birth this fillly has always promptly messed up the hay, shat on it, then lay on it. Then won't eat it. She will eat every scrap out of a net, but put the same amount in on the floor and 90% of it will be there in the morning shat on.

My friends filly is the opposite of a princess...when she got her she had the stable all beautifully prepared and the CCTV showed the filly slept on the mats and to this day she will not sleep on the bed only the mats lol

My princess cat has a heated pad. She loves it. She is nearly 20 though and rather arthritic.
My welsh cob doesn’t like brushes unless they are soft body brushes. (He also prefers the diva brush!). Makes mud and moulting season interesting! Definitely a princess in the making.

My gelding is a major princess! He insists on sleeping on the hay (apparently straw is not good enough), he will not be mithered whilst eating his tea (unless your a sheep or a chicken and then he'll happily share it), he will not walk through puddles (but rolling in them all day is fine) and he HATES cold weather but also HATES rugs. Hes an absolute melon. My mares are fab although the welsh is a typical diva and will absolutely not do anything on any bodies terms but her own but I find kids learn much quicker with a pony that refuses to put up with well anything tbh ??‍♀️?

For a long time when we went to shows the only way Paddy would drink was if I offered him a suitably sugary drink from my own hands. He is a fan of iced tea and coca-cola but in an effort to save his teeth it was usually apple juice or diluted mango juice.
He has since mostly got over this an now merely requires a whole cut apple put into his water bucket.
Couldn’t find any pictures but this is the princess in question at a show:

Bit of a princess in general. Never had a horse who lays down and is comfortable to do so around people before!

got a dog that only will eat if food is on the living room persian rug.

and horses , well don`t even go there, i am however their devoted slave

the two worst ones are not called prince caspian and king jupiter for nothing

The tiny dog will only eat if his food is placed directly on the end of the sofa in front of the tv and is handfed like some pharaoh... Can you tell he was my nans little Prince for years? ?

The cat won't get up and go downstairs to get a drink from her bowl in the night, instead drinks out of my water glass. Well, she did, until I caved and brought up a whiskey glass for her that she can get her head into properly, so that I don't have to put up with kitty saliva in my water, or yowling in the night, because I've had the temerity to drink my water down to a level she can't reach. ?‍♀️?
