1) What sphere do you compete in?

Mainly show jumping but I also do bits of dressage and hopefully next year will be doing eventing.

2) Affiliated / Non-affiliated / Both

I do not do unaffilated show jumping as I can't stand half the courses! BS has very well designed courses which test me and the horse, however if there was a show centre which did good unaffiliated courses I would definatly go. Not to great at dressage so only do unaffiliated anyway.

3) Please list ALL magazines/newspapers/publications you look in for competition dates:

Horse and Hound

4) Please list ALL websites you look on for competition dates:

7) Do you belong to a riding club or pony club? If so please state which one:

8) Do you prefer competing on Weekday evenings / Weekdays / Saturdays / Sundays:

I do like evenings, can't do weekdays. I prefer Saturday to Sunday as I don't like having to get up early on a Sunday :p But I'd still go to a show on Sunday.

9) How much are you prepared to pay for a non-affiliated class of either Dressage or Show Jumping at a riding centre with high class facilities (i.e. well maintained arenas with modern surfaces, hard standing ample and safe parking, toilet and café facilities)?

£10 is a fair price, I would probably pay more then this though as were used to BS prices. However I do hate pricy clear rounds, I wouldn't pay over £3 for a clear round.

10) Would you be interested in attending short equine lectures on various topics – such as dentistry, saddle fitting, barefoot trimming, holistic therapies, etc – if YES please PM your name and email address and we will send you details in the near future.
