please bare with me this could be long and not very well explained
when i got my WOW fitted to my pony she had muscle wastage on one side so she was fitted with a gusset on that side and no gusset on the other panel to keep the saddle level, now she is properly muscled on both sides and the saddle obviously is is being pushed over by the side with gusset as her shoulder keeps bashing into it when she walks/moves
so to my question have you ever had your panels altered to change them, ie had the gusset bit of leather taken off and them stitched up so they are without gusset, is this even possible? or am i going to have to by a new set

You must have older panels? The newer panels don't have the gusset leather inserts on them - it's only the airbags inside that differ in depth.

Do you mean the fitter gave you one D-panel (i.e deep panel) and one SD panel (i.e a shallow panel for round ponies)? If so: WTF??!!! How bloody asymetrical was your pony??!!! You should have been given the suitable panel type for her back shape (an SD or an D) and just have the hollower side pumped up fuller.

If you have been given two different panel types you're probably going to need to buy a new matching panel so both are the same. Since you're fitter sounds very weird, I'd be tempted to phone WOW directly first however.
