Well first of all Song!!
The stiches came out wednesday and all is looking good to hes now being walked out in hand for 10 mins a day and has finished his antibio and bute so we will see how it goes! He still has a bit of swelling there and a lump that we have to massage twice a day so it goes down but apart from that hes aok and is now down to dressing changes every 3 days and will soon be without a dressing altogether!!
so heres a pic of it on tuesday before the stiches came out!
And then the little man!!
well hes going fab even with me on top!! seem to have had a bit of a confidence blip since gatcobe jumping which is odd as ill fly up the gallops at work to probs and ride a few akward things and the babies! but any way had a leson on sat with chris and he was jumping fab! but just stopping at the odd theing when i wasnt 100% comited but once i was we were flying!!
Then sunday took him to do the working hunter champs at bromyard and again thing didnt go that well i fell off in the warm up when he stopped and then went in and hes flew round a bit too fast and went througha few thing and had a stop and the 2nd part of a double but to be fair to both of us it was a horrid stride not a one even if you rode it long and not a 2 even if you rode short but came round the 2nd time and popped it but decided not to go in for the second judging or second class i had entered!
and then last night had a PC lesson with marie ryan and he was a very good boy just found the school a bit tight and the angled rail at the end a bit hard to get in his head so almost fell off when he jinking at the last min and hit my wrist quite hard on the wing but he did get there in the end bless him!! Oh and trying him with a fluffy noseband to keep his head down! dont no if it really worked thou!
So have a lesson with chris sat then maybe SJing on sunday a dressage lesson the next week and some XC schooling and then off to royal bath and west!! wow
