A tad over horsed perhaps?!

Awwww bless!! Look how long those legs are! Must admit i did cringe a bit tho... we let my 11 yr old daughter have a ride on the 17.3 irish lad the other day on the school who never puts a hoof wrong, I said to her let daddy lead him back to the yard as hes a bit big for you to lead off the ground, and you would never believe the bombproof lad got spooked by something and leapt through the air 10 secs after handing him over to daddy, you would never think he had it in him,but did it to errr on the side of caution...

I am probably being neurotic for a 10 sec photo for this advertisment!!!!!! XX

I'm with Devonshire Dumpling with this one, why take the risk? The horse doesn't even need to do anything wrong, all it has to do is move in the wrong direction and it can brain the little boy in milliseconds. Children are very much at risk from kicks to the head from horses, I wouldn't be happy with my daughter handling or being anywhere near the horses at that age.

That looks very like a horse that went through Melton Sales today. Same description. Made just over £400, thankfully not to Meat Man! He stood on his handlers toes in the ring. I think it hurt!
He was a quiet, kind horse, but yes, accidents happen.

It's adds like these that make me yearn to be rich! Do you reckon I could persuade my current 18.1 shire and the one in the add to always stand next to each other, so they only look like one horse? Maybe then the yard wouldn't notice and would only charge me one lot of livery fees... a girl can wish!
