So after teds random lameness on friday.

and we all thought it was maybe an abscess...

Well, the vet called last night, and due to us deciding that was a really foot gunk rather then pus, that I would take him up to the clinic for some x-rays.
So thats what we did today, as Ted is still on 3 legs with Bute.
So when we got there they did a bit more of a foot search, weighed him, and x-rayed him.
After 6 X-rays, we pretty much have a confirmed diagnosis:
Keratoma, which has caused pressure on the pedal bone and fractured it.
The following are x-rays.
and then showing what we are looking at.
They have taken a sample of the suspected Keratoma, and its been sent to the lab for testing.
So looks like Ted will need surgery.
