Just wanted to thank everyone for the comments on my spaying post a couple of weeks ago! Rox went in on Friday and besides refusing to go to mum when she went to pick her up has been fine. Obviously vet advised to keep her quiet and calm for the first three days, so baby was packed off to his dads from the Saturday until Sunday as it was only me and mum at home and I had to work. Rox decided she doesn't do quiet even after an op!
I would like to say I've managed to keep her quiet but it hasn't worked, to the point she's destroyed her cone!
Which leads me nicely to my quick question, I'm without car while it's fixed so can't pop down the vets and ask but mum can on her way home, its 6 days post op does she still need the cone? The vet said at her check up Monday she did but she's been a lot calmer since she destroyed it off??
