Ordered a fly sheet and exercise sheet for the Dizzy one on Monday morning - they arrived today.

I know it's the usual good level of service I expect from EC, but 'tis nice to be able to say it

Admittedly it's bittersweet, as these are for Dizzy, but...
 
Love 'em - even when I ended up with someones show jackets instead of my saddle package! They were great sorting out the courier muddle and it doesn't usually happen!
 
hi there will post on behalf of mrs m. dizzy unfortunaley went lame last week and had vet out. the result is they think it might be her pelvis and she is off to newmarket on sunday to be seen on monday for tests etc so fingers crossed for dizzy
 
I love them but I don have to say that I have never got a fully correct order from them. There are always little things. Since I am ordering ffrom RoI, the cost to return things when they are wrong are more than the £10 they allocate. I ordered a heavy weight rug in a 6 ' 9 and they sent 5'9. Simple mistake but as postage is a lot more expensive here it cost me 40 euro to return it. Last order OH jods were actually womans fit and there were items missing. they are great though at sorting things out quickly when mistakes made and very quick at dispatching your order so despite of the mistakes I continue to use them.
