At the moment, have a pony up for sale. The original idea with her was to bring her on as a project and increase her value (done), then sell so that I would have enough money for a quality young horse to play with. She's up for £4500 after much searching on all the horse ad sites to compare her to others and put her up for a price which matches other similar ponies. Looking at the prices for other ponies advertised, it seems she'd be worth £8000+ once she's got her Newcomers double clears next spring, and I'm starting to wonder whether I am wise in wanting to sell now. If I were to keep her through this winter, she'd be less to feed than a young horse, and I'd make enough on her next spring to buy something really nice.

So - do I push to sell (reduce price if she doesn't go within a couple of weeks etc), or just leave it and not worry?

Winter doesn't tend to be a good time to sell, most people start looking for horses beginning of the year, with winter nearly at an end (simply to avoid the extra expense of winter.)
Sounds a stunning little pony though!
Do what sounds right by you, but personally I would wait, and maybe even see if I can get that double clear ;) x
