A Z update for those who haven't seen my facebook - who knew?!

My poor little pone

Well

It's not strangles

He doesn't need a tooth out

Because

He's fractured his jaw...!

Probably being kicked (which is amazing as he is the boss of the 3 and noone dares kick him) and how he's put up with the pain is beyond me as the fracture goes from the cut on the right hand side of jaw where throatlash goes right down to where the bit lies...!

Poor pone, one more week off and then hopefully back into work and moving him

ohhhh my I go out for dinner and have so many replies!

Z is very gratefull for all your healing love and vibes - he promptly spat out his antibiotics on me earlier (noiiice and sticky) but he says he is feeling fine thank you, is looking forward to causing mischeif once again and thanks to Thistle for the Comfrey tip off

Poor boy, it's amzing what they put up with isn't it? My mare had a hairline fracture in her pelvis last summer and was still wanting to gallop and jump, only sign was a tiny bit of lameness.

Fingers crossed he heals nice and quick, at least you know what it is now.
