I'm STILL trying to register PF, have been in touch with Weatherbys, the Argentine Stud Book and the useless f****** w****** who shipped her and were SUPPOSED to take care of the registration with Arg Stud Book in 2004.
They now tell me that they couldn't do it because they didn't have the export certificate... I checked with Weatherbys, they said "Sorry, nope, we didn't issue one" and yet my invoice clearly states that they BL**DY CHARGED ME FOR IT so how is it MY fault they don't have it?? Eh???
God I'm SO pissed off. Now I have to get PF's markings done and sent to Weatherbys, the bl**dy shippers can pay for the certificate though

Add this to the fact that they charged me nearly £400 for bloodwork that HAD to be tested here in Argentina, and then they couldn't get it out of customs, AND the fact that they blinking kept her passport for 6 months until I arrived... what the **** happened to the passport staying with the animal??? Eh???

Thanks! You know what? Weatherbys, the Argentine Stud Book and Fomento Equino (the sports horse registry) have all been really helpful and cooperative and PATIENT explaining to me (who shouldn't have to know at all because it was someone else's job!) what's missing and how to get it...
I'm currently composing a very 'energetic' email to the shippers and I keep having to delete and start again because I keep wanting to be very very rude to them!!

Write the email/letter you really WANT to write to them - swearing, name calling and all - get it all on paper/screen and enjoy doing it and get your frustrations out.

Then delete it/tear it up and start the real one.

It works a treat for me!
