I posted on an earlier thread (see link) but the latest is - bloods run again and white cell count down. She's got a virus. Uhm, yes, I know. She had a virus two weeks ago (different vet that time). Been treated, it's much better, she's still getting over it. But the original symptoms are still there - they started 6 weeks ago and they are still there. Aaargh. And can I say again, aaaargh.
Of course I appreciate that vets treat what they find, but you know when you just know it's more than that?? Being checked again so I figure I can wait 1/2 weeks and maybe there will be a recovery but am now feeling almost as blue and sad as my horse (and considerably lighter in the pocket).
