Grrr, cut my fields for haylage on Thursday and now it hasnt stopped raining for about 12 hours. It was spread by dopey farmer yesterday. I presume that having seen another thread recently i should just leave it alone until its drier.

Wishing the met could forecast worth a damn really.

Pointless post but made me feel better!

Move to the midlands, we haven't had proper rain in months, we're going to have nothing to feed this winter.

I live East Midlands, I had mine cut a week last Sunday, the farmer baled it this Sunday; we got 17 large bales off 4 acres!! best year ever, but then I do leave it to grow from September :)

We had quite a bit of rain a few weeks ago, but nothing since, the field will recover by October so both mine can live out on it over winter

You could always do a swap for my weather I'n mid Kent
It really hot and humid here
Havnt had rain for a while
And now it's becoming horrible
Now
I would like some rain please and throw I'n some thunder if you have any !!!

Rotten luck. We were going to cut on Thursday, spent the morning looking at 5 day forecasts, all of them said something different so in the end we decided against it. So difficult to get it right sometimes.
