Aachen SJ - nasty rider fall??

Is anyone else watching the live streaming now, and speaks german?

Im sorry I cant remember the name of the rider, but they just had a very nasty fall. Horse fell through the fence, sending the rider straight over its head, the riders feet were then caught in the stirrups as the horse cantered off.

Rider definitely seemed unconscious as he was dragged for quite some time, then the horse caught and then the paramedics sheets went up around rider.

Commentor just said "we wish him all the best" so Im hoping he is ok?

I can't see the live streaming, but according to the live score should be the brazilian Alvaro Miranda Neto...
Is he left the ring?
 
According to the CHIO website, he has strained his ankle but is OK and has been given the all-clear by the doctors
