got my neddys fly rug on only its rubbing, what are them bibs called that you put under?
could i get one on ebay?

Anti rub bib, trouble is, if it rains it wont be nice for your horse as it will be wet and clingy. Invest in a better fly rug, I would.

No, I have a rug bib (not quilted) under my girl's fly sheet and it doesn't absorb the rain at all.
