So we were in the indoor school for about half an hour yesterday, almost all walk and trot work (cantered twice, but only for the purposes of waking the trot up a bit), by the end we had both worked bl**dy hard and were slightly frazzled. Took Dylan's saddle off and walked him round to cool off, then I sat up on top of the kickboards, where he ... fell asleep with his head in my lap! It was the cutest thing ever!

Aw that's so lovely. I love it when they are like that. :D

I spent an hour the other day having a lovely cuddle with the pregnant beast, it's the best thing to put a smile on my face. Even if i did have snot in my hair from her nuzzling it lol
 
Awww they are so cute aren't they! The other day my boy was lying down so I went in his stable and snuggled up next to him, kind of leaning against his shoulder and then he put his head around me and rested it kind of on my hip bone! he was like it for ages, a proper snuggle! Love him :)
 
I love mine to, 1 is only 3 and seeing new stuff all the time and she just doesn't get phased at all and my other one is just so much fun, I'm constantly telling them I love them.
 
I love my boy too :) He's never been a very huggy, loads of attention kinda guy, but yesterday when me and bf were sorting out some gravel at the front of his field, he came over to watch and then just happily stood there with me for ages letting me stroke him and nuzzle. It's the very first time he's actually come over for attention of his own accord and it made me so happy to think that a bond is definitely growing :)
