Spot the Merry Risk

I’m told she is still seen occasionally competing in Devon - I wouldn’t recognise her.
Just as well for her nor would I!I’m told she is still seen occasionally competing in Devon - I wouldn’t recognise her.
I'd heard she went to America for a while, but not sure if that is true. Normally you would spot her because she was wearing sparkly leggings etc, but I guess she is trying to stay under the radar at the moment.I’m told she is still seen occasionally competing in Devon - I wouldn’t recognise her.
Her qualification should have been withdrawn. Crufts is my annual prompt to rage against the Kennel Club.I'd heard she went to America for a while, but not sure if that is true. She had qualified for the medium championship class at Crufts this week, but I'm guessing she thought better of making an appearance.

If she is make sure you beat her !
It may of been, but on the list of dogs who qualified that is updated throughout the year, she had gained a 'ticket' twice, so was entitled to compete, but wasn't even on the start list. Her qualification should have been withdrawn. Crufts is my annual prompt to rage against the Kennel Club.
That bit saying 30% less French bulldogs were registered last year compared to the year before was, imo, a meaningless statistic as I suspect there were probably 30% less dogs registered full stop. Maybe not and I cba to look into it.Slightly appalled at the Crufts coverage saying how healthy the pug they had was. Stop ruddy encouraging people! Can’t understand why (admittedly lots fewer) people still buy brachycephalic dogs that aren’t fit for function.

I have a secret liking for pugs. Their character, not their breathing ability! But yes I’d have a heeler, too.Not all breed numbers were down but as you rightly guess quite a few were. Only 108 Lancashire heelers v 1990 pugs, I know which I would rather have !
Her daughter was competing in YKC!I’m told she is still seen occasionally competing in Devon - I wouldn’t recognise her.
Couldn’t agree more. Poor dogs. What are the chances she’s churning them out again?A year on, it's a shame all of this seems to have been swept under the rug!![]()
I’ve recently seen a post on fb saying that she isCouldn’t agree more. Poor dogs. What are the chances she’s churning them out again?
I also saw this. Two registered litters in 2024. And on tv competing at prestigious events. Nothing has changed.I’ve recently seen a post on fb saying that she is![]()
The Crufts page on Facebook recently posted a throwback clip of one of her runs with Blink and the comments section was very heartening - she got a pasting. I can't seem to find it now so guessing it was deleted.
The Kennel club is despicable and she is lapping up the money. Hey it’s only the dogs who suffer.
Yeah, in fairness to her she’s not really doing anything plenty of other people aren’t also doing and the KC permit it. The small dog she’s running now wasn’t bred by her (although she has bred from it) but by a well known working cocker kennel, who don’t seem to have a problem with a 27% COI and one dog siring 200+ litters.
I was thinking of the Maesydderwen dog.
Oh that would be perfect. The Kennel Club are appalling and she has no shame. She's back competing, apparently boasting about the amount of Devongem dogs competing at LIHS
She will be at Crufts, I think everyone watching should sing ' Old Macdonald had a farm' when she runs![]()
