It allows dogs in that combination of ownership to be used to breed dogs that carry the Devongem prefix.

It really peed me off how many Devongems were at LIHS.

It was the same at Crufts this year. When Micro comes in you can guarantee those dachshund sorry wcs will be bred even smaller!It really peed me off how many Devongems were at LIHS.
