My thoughts go out to you right now. I lost one back in Feb this year and that was sudden too and like yours, I was totally devistated, just reading your message brought it all back to me and brought tears to my eyes. I had 3 others to look after and I couldn't bear going out to them for around 10 days so I paid my daughters instructor to look after them for me, so please don't feel guilty, everyone deals with grief in a different way.
