Absolutely gutted...sorry to bring the festive mood down..

And actually something else occurred to me..your little stafford only knew love and happiness which is something that is denied to so many of his breed. He may have had a short life but never knew anything bad. I can only compare him to a not dissimilar looking 1 year old Staffie bitch, now in rescue...who was binned by being thrown out of a moving car.

It's such a shame these amazing dogs get such a bad name through utter ignorance :(
 
How tragic and unfair (probably not a great choice of word) but it's really not, he was just a baby and what a beautiful striking boy her was too, he looks like he had a huge character just from those photos.
I agree with the other poster and still think he was one lucky boy to be with you for the short time he had.
