Absolutely Livid!!! Need to vent!

I've just been reading another forum and seen posts by someone on my yard b*tching about the YO and saying that her horse misbehaves for them but not for her! her horse is a total screwball (for want of a better word) and the only reason it doesn't misbehave with her is she doesn't go near it because she's too scared!!!

All the replies were all supportive and nice to her saying how she should move yards to somewhere with competent staff etc and she's agreeing with them. I'm sooo angry! Our YO is absolutely amazing, always first in there to offer help, handles all manner of c**p from her horse without complaining, just keeps her informed in a friendly way (having been there and seen this I know it's true) and she's whining behind her back!

Obviously I can't tell YO because I do not want to start any grief and I don't want to upset her (which this girl's posts would do). So I came on here to rant in disguise. Hubby's sick of listening to me and has gone to bed so nothing else to do. AAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH

Oh the typical ALL TALK NO ACTION type of person who bigs themselves up but talks rubbish!! I know how annoying that is!

There was a girl on the livery yard I am at who used to charge to bring horses in etc. My mare used to be (and still is to a lesser degree sometimes) a little madam leading in from the field and circle around you and rear sometimes. She is 16.3 and a very strong girl. She used to continuously say that my mare 'never dares do it with her' and she is as good as gold when she handles her when I am not there etc etc. Which I knew was an absolute load of ***t!!! Then HER best mate told me exactly what I suspected - that she was infact lying completely and that she was seen to be struggling with my horse down the field rearing and shooting around all over the place!

Very annoying, I sympathise!

This made me lol, thank you! So cross! She's not very old admittedly but definitely has all the been there and done it all talk. Whereas YO never bigs herself up and just gets on with it. I'm definitely not going to do anything with/about what I've found out (tempting though being a troll on the other forum is!) but I'm definitely going to be very wary around her in future. So ungrateful after all that YO has done for her. No other yard would do so much so freely, and I do mean freely too! Spoilt brat has no idea about the real world!
 
It doesn't really matter! You know the truth, as does everyone else on the yard...

You could always post that you're on her yard and think that she should move too.

I've known posters on here that are posting things that are not true (in their head it probably is) and they receive pages and pages of congratualtions etc. It actually makes me laugh. No names are mentioned, nobody is getting hurt. Sometimes it winds me up, but I've come to the conclusion that its better just to log off!
 
You tend to find the ones who big theselves up feel something to prove, where as the real been there done it has nothing to prove because they really have been there and done it!!

I can't stand liers and people bitching (but, I guess she knows shes wrong but needs to feel 'right' and knows that she will get nice comments back from the forum?) If I were you, I'd create an account and not let on who I was,...but make a few points in reply to her thread which made her aware someone on the yard KNEW what she was up to and saying and is wrong! That will make her sqirm more than doing it in person as she wont know who knows on your yard!

This could be well worth a giggle Abz, thanks! I might just have to do it! ;) some fun as payback for all the anger on YO's behalf! Pointless thread I know, but feel so much better for venting! :p

*HEALTH WARNING*

So lets say I post that the YO is an absolute ***. How she flogs my poor horsies and is a nasty piece of work

Or

That some nasty person screamed at me on the road because they were just jealous of me wandering down the white line on my 17hh maxi cob...

Well thats all fine and dandy BUT its only one side of the story

Always have a large dose of salt ready for the rants / sob stories / diatribes

Not saying all are like this but you do have to realise that the truth from one perspective only must be held out for inspection or at least checked to see if there is a strange odour emanating from somewhere...
 
Just create another account and reply on the other forum 'I'll be sure to pass on your comment to xy (yard owners initals)' and leave it at that!! LOl would love to see her face when she reads ;)

This is so right! I mostly take folk at face value but now I've seen this I'm really thinking differently. It's not even as if there's a grain of truth in it, apart from the fact that he doesn't misbehave with her, but onky cos he doesn't get the chance!

Ha ha, the more I read these encouraging posts the more I'm thinking I'd like to see her wandering around wondering just who it was who'd caught her out! Would almost be revenge enough! ;)
 
oh so why not come and say things about her on here! Love it! Grow some and say something to her on the "other" forum or why not too her face?

We call what your doing e-sniping.

Good grief no not saying that at all but to say it on a forum when the other has makes her as bad.

E-sniping is the sniping of others on the Internet when others have sniped already. it goes on all the time on the Internet, and to be honest it needs addressing.

Face time is turning into a thing of the past LOL!

create an account on the other forum and be a troll :D

As others have said, drop enough comments to make her realise she has been rumbled and then watch her on the yard trying to work out who it is
