She is certainly beautiful... Not much to go on from her ad. The video shows no trot and no transitions, which really puts me off though of course can always contact and ask for more. The one thing that worries me is that in that short segment of walk it looks like there might be a subtle irregularity in the left hind. Might be absolutely fine as it's only a moment but would certainly want a full vetting.

She doesn't look quite even behind to me too, definitely has an irregular stride in both the paces shown and it does look like she's weaker through her near hind. She also doesn't really come off the floor and use her hocks in canter, she's a bit long and flat. Could be something that evens out with correct work and muscle build.
I wonder if they've missed the trot out because she goes a bit bridle lame in that pace due to the near hind.
 
She not showing regular rhytmn in the walk .
And I would like to see what's going on with those forelegs walking straight towards the video.
Her jump does not make the pulse race.
Lovely looking with the most fabulous huge ears .
